3.2. Packaging: Securely package the item, include the RA number, and ship it to the address provided by our Customer Support team.
3.3. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a thorough inspection. If the item meets our conditions, we will process the refund or exchange.
- Refunds:
4.1. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
4.2. Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed after we have received the returned item.
